While providing high-quality artwork makes the process smoother, it's not essential. For simple text or basic designs, we can create the artwork for you. For logos or complex designs, we prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution images. If you only have a low-resolution image, our design team can recreate or enhance it for optimal embroidery results.

In many cases, yes. The feasibility depends on the access we have to the area needing embroidery and the condition of the existing material.
